Terms and conditions for purchase, trial period, and subscription at Nordic Healthy Living.
These membership terms apply between you as a consumer and Nordic Healthy Living AS (org. no. 988 462 624) for the purchase and subscription of Schisandra B12 Booster and other products supplied by us.
1. About the subscription
When you order a subscription from Nordic Healthy Living AS, you will receive products delivered to your mailbox according to the chosen delivery interval.
Upon ordering, you will receive the first delivery at an introductory price. Thereafter, the subscription automatically continues at the regular price.
- Delivery interval: The first delivery is for 30 days, the next delivery is for 90 or 120 days
- Price per delivery after introduction varies based on the product ordered
- The subscription runs until you cancel it
2. Payment terms and debt collection
Payment is made via invoice or direct debit. Payment is invoiced according to the agreed interval. The invoice will be sent with the shipment of the product you subscribe to. With direct debit, you will be automatically charged according to your subscription.
The member is obliged to pay the invoice by the due date. In case of late payment, default interest will accrue in accordance with the Act on Interest on Overdue Payments.
If payment is not received within 14 days after a payment reminder has been sent, the claim will be sent for debt collection without further notice, in accordance with the Debt Collection Act. Any fees associated with the debt collection process will be charged to the member.
In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to stop further deliveries.
2.1 Reactivation of subscription
The trial package is reserved for new customers. If you, within 12 months after termination of the subscription, enter into a new agreement, you agree that the first delivery will apply to the ordinary period and price. The reason is that you have already used the free trial period of 30 days.
3. Delivery
Products are sent directly to your specified address. Normal delivery time is 3–7 business days. Delays may occur during periods of high demand or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Changing your subscription
You can change the delivery interval, postpone the next delivery, skip a shipment, or update your information at any time. This can be done via My page or by contacting customer service. Changes must be made before the next scheduled shipment.
5. Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Termination must be made 14 days before the next scheduled shipment to avoid the next delivery being sent. Termination is done via My page, email, or phone to customer service.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the item. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the deadline. The item must be returned in the same condition. The return must be sent within 14 days after the right of withdrawal has been notified.
Important: The right of withdrawal only applies to the first package in the subscription. The right of withdrawal does not apply to subsequent shipments. If you have received package 2, you can terminate the subscription from the next planned delivery; the accompanying invoice must be paid.
If payment is made before the expiry of the withdrawal period, repayment will take place within 14 days after receipt of the return or documentation of the sent return.
Please contact us by phone 24 20 02 07 if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you have not received a withdrawal form in the shipping confirmation or upon delivery, the withdrawal period expires 12 months after the expiry of the original withdrawal period. If you receive a withdrawal form within these 12 months, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after you received the form.
For the right of withdrawal to be valid, the product must be returned to Nordic Healthy Living in the same quantity and condition as you received it. The buyer bears the risk of the return transport of the item. Nordic Healthy Living will refund what you have paid, including postage and fees, when the entire purchase is returned.
Refund will be made within 14 days after notification of withdrawal, but not before two days after we have received the return or documentation of the sent return. The product must be returned in its original packaging with a completed withdrawal form.

7. Returns and complaints
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, the complaint period is a minimum of 2 years. In the event of an approved complaint, you are entitled to a new item, a price reduction, or a refund.
8. Overpayment
If you accidentally overpay, the excess amount will be registered as a credit balance in your account. The credit balance will be used for outstanding or future invoices. You can contact us at any time for a payout. Upon termination, any remaining credit balance will be refunded. No fees are incurred for refunds.

10. Health and use
Our products are dietary supplements and should not replace a varied diet. The recommended dosage must be followed. The products should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women without consulting a doctor.
11. Age limit
You must be over 18 years of age to enter into a subscription with us.
12. Disputes and choice of law
The agreement is governed by Norwegian law. In case of a dispute, you can contact the Consumer Council or use the EU's online dispute resolution platform (ODR).
